By accessing naga9.vu, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them and accepted them without reservation. naga9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication at naga9.vu. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails. All formal communications regarding account matters, disputes and legal notices will be conducted in English.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your naga9 login credentials confidential — including your mobile number, password and any OTP codes. Do not share these with anyone. naga9 will never ask for your password. Notify naga9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity through your account until naga9 has been notified and the account suspended. To protect your account:

• Always log out when using shared or public devices.

naga9 may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21; has provided false registration information; is using the account in breach of these Terms; or is engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited at naga9's discretion.

naga9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and USDT. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. naga9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are accepted only for genuine gambling activity on the platform. Using deposits to facilitate money laundering or any financial crime is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for bKash and Nagad. Minimum USDT deposit equivalent applies as displayed at the time of transaction.

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balance at any time, subject to completed KYC verification. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on naga9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment method or contact details to register.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, exploit platform features or manipulate game results in any form.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by naga9.
• Using naga9 to launder money, finance terrorism, facilitate fraud or engage in any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or bugs to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a technical error are void and must be returned to naga9.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact naga9 support first to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to naga9's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available on request from [email protected]. naga9's decision following the formal process is final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
